where does music come from? if sound is just vibration and vibration is energy then where the energy come from?
this album sought to shed light to those questions in my mind. i have always believed that music, as well as all forms of
art come from not inside us, but from some sort of outside force working though us. people often speak of inspiration or
of a muse and this is essentially what i am talking about. i am a firm believer in the spirit realm for if energy can not
be destroyed then it has to go somewhere. i believe it exists in the spirit realm to then find its way back out into the
world through artistic expression. in a way, these spirits are songs that hang out waiting to pounce on an unsuspecting
artist so that it can be a part of the world once more. for this reason each song was named after a form of divination.
the answer to the question of where does music come from is that it is from the communion between ourselves and the unknown.
